1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Unfortunately, we do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time.

2. How long is the return window?

You have 10 days from the delivery date to return unused, unaltered items in their original packaging for a full refund (excluding personalized or custom orders).

3. How do I initiate a return?

 with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a Return Authorization and instructions of the further process.

4. How long until I receive my refund?

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 4–12 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Can I exchange my item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different style or color, please return your original item for a refund (read the Return and Refund Policy) and place a new order.

6. How do I care for my leather product?
  • Gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and everyday dirt.
  • If spills occur, blot immediately with a clean, slightly damp cloth—never rub.
  • Allow leather to air-dry naturally, away from direct heat or sunlight to prevent cracking.
  • Apply a high-quality leather conditioner once every few months to keep the leather supple and nourished.
  • Avoid using detergents, alcohol-based cleaners, or bleach, as they can damage the leather’s finish.
  • Store your leather product in a cool, dry place using a breathable dust bag or pouch to protect it from moisture and scratches.
  • Always handle your leather product with clean, dry hands to avoid transferring oils and residue.
7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

8. How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use that number on the carrier’s website to see real-time delivery updates.
